Sales Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the offerings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, aiming to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to support customer needs.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitors' activities.
• Continuously build product knowledge and stay informed about new product releases.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in sales or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven working in a sales-driven environment for both B2B or B2C sectors.
• Familiarity with the product or service being offered.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Experience using sales automation or lead management systems.
• Established network or contacts in the target industry.
