We're seeking organized and dedicated Sales Callers to join our team, to service our network of businesses worldwide.
Requirements
- Completion of high school or equivalent certification program
- Demonstrated sales experience of at least 1 year, showcasing the ability to surpass sales targets and effectively cultivate customer relationships
- Exceptional proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, achieving at least C1 level competency
- Outstanding communication skills via phone, email, and instant messaging platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in utilizing contemporary technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
- Familiarity with word-processing software and spreadsheet applications, including MS Office
- Understanding of online calendars and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar
- Proactive and confident approach, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to work the night-shift
Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with customers to disseminate information regarding products or services, facilitate sales transactions, or seek donations.
- Assess leads via phone interactions and input relevant details into a CRM system.
- Arrange and track customer appointments, including managing rescheduling requests.
- Conduct collection calls, rectify outstanding debts, and update customer payment particulars based on scripted telephone protocols.
- Administer and oversee customer surveys, consolidating findings into a comprehensive datasheet.
- Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and address customer inquiries to ensure prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize lead generation endeavors with overarching sales strategies.
- Undertake miscellaneous tasks as required.
