We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Recruiter to join our team at Starfish. As a Talent Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent for our network of businesses worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment platforms, tools, and techniques.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidates effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Have a highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of our clients.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various positions.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their workforce requirements and define job requirements and expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various channels, including social media, industry events, and referrals.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to the management team.
