We're seeking driven and dedicated Sales Development Representatives to join our team, to service our network of businesses worldwide.

Requirements

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree or equivalent certification.
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, demonstrating the capability to surpass sales targets and effectively nurture customer relationships.
  • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal, achieving at least a C1 proficiency level.
  • Exceptional abilities in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organizational and time management skills.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technologically adept and well-versed in contemporary tools such as desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP.
  • Skilled in utilizing word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office.
  • Familiarity with online calendar platforms and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar.
  • Possesses a proactive and confident demeanor, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Able to work the night-shift.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential and existing customers across various channels to establish a robust lead pipeline.
  • Foster engagement and establish rapport with potential customers while assessing the alignment of company products/services with their requirements.
  • Arrange sales demonstrations and meetings according to customer preferences.
  • Establish and maintain a CRM system or contact database.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to synchronize lead generation initiatives with overarching sales strategies.
  • Establish sales targets aimed at enhancing revenue and provide regular reports on sales team performance.
  • Design, distribute, and gather customer surveys, consolidating outcomes into a comprehensive datasheet or report.
  • Undertake miscellaneous administrative duties.
  • Address customer inquiries and grievances as the initial point of contact.
  • Attend to additional tasks as required.
