We are seeking a creatively driven Creative Content Manager to spearhead content-centric brand initiatives. This role is ideal for a seasoned content strategist with a robust creative portfolio, adept at crafting compelling narratives and managing diverse content across digital platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in localizing and amplifying a bold global brand voice, collaborating closely with regional marketing, strategy, and creative teams across Southeast Asia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and refine brand positioning through innovative storytelling across various campaigns and touchpoints in Southeast Asia.
  • Translate business objectives into audience-specific content strategies that resonate and engage.
  • Conceptualize and produce engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, landing pages, thought leadership articles, customer case studies, campaign toolkits, and internal brand materials.
  • Adapt global content to align with regional nuances, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
  • Partner with creative teams, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life across visual and written formats.
  • Lead the creative briefing process and manage end-to-end campaign content delivery across multiple markets.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and refine content strategies based on performance data.
  • Work collaboratively with product, sales, and marketing teams to gather insights, align messaging, and deliver cohesive communications.
  • Oversee social media calendars and guide the voice and messaging of brand content across regional social channels.
  • Drive engagement through influencer partnerships and employee advocacy initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in brand strategy, content marketing, or campaign development, preferably within fintech, B2B, or agency settings.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing storytelling prowess, brand architecture, and multi-channel content strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage content workflows in dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for editorial tone and nuance.
  • Proficiency in balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Figma, Airtable, CMS platforms, and social scheduling tools is advantageous.
  • Experience in the Southeast Asia region and knowledge of localization best practices are highly desirable.
