We're seeking organized and dedicated Real Estate Transaction Coordinators to join our team, to service our network of businesses worldwide.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant in the Real Estate sector or a relevant capacity
- Proficiency in Transaction Management Software
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level)
- Sound organizational aptitude
- Exceptional time management abilities
- Familiarity with contemporary technologies such as desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
- Competence with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- Proficiency in utilizing online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar)
- Excellent telephone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Technologically adept
- Demonstrates a proactive approach
- Able to work the night-shift.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee purchase agreements, contracts, and transactional documentation essential for buyers, sellers, brokers, or agents.
- Maintain communication and provide updates to stakeholders including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and title companies regarding transaction progress.
- Verify the completeness of all paperwork and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Facilitate the transfer of properties and associated materials, distributing closing statements to all relevant parties.
- Establish and manage a comprehensive transaction recording system for future use.
- Handle miscellaneous tasks as required.
